Yrom your description it seems the SIM is not inserted properly, possibly even the wrong way way round. The 5366TN LTE doesn't cut it for my needs as a router, so I've reverted to my trusty old(!) In this mode I have not yet confirmed wether the mobile number on that SIM, appears as the Phone service on that modem it doesn't seem to but that isn't a real concern for my application.
